Returns
If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we offer store credit on full-priced items in accordance with the Returns Policy below. Please read carefully before submitting a return.
Eligibility
Full-priced garments and scarves are eligible for store credit when the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order for Australian deliveries, or 30 days for international orders.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and branding.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, marks, odours (including perfume), or missing tags may not be accepted.
Sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Process
1. Contact us:
- Email care@nessi.au with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.
2. Ship your item:
- Once approved, send your item to the address provided.
- Please use a tracked and secure shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
3. Store Credit:
- After your item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the approved value.
- Your credit can be used to repurchase the same item in another size, or applied toward any future order.
Items that do not meet the return standards will not be eligible for store credit. Please ensure garments are clean, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging to ensure your return can be accepted.
Shipping costs and responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using tracked postage to ensure your return arrives safely.
Faulty items
We pride ourselves on producing pieces of the highest quality. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at care@nessi.au, including:
- a brief description of the issue, and
- clear photos showing the defect.
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged, or if a manufacturing fault is identified within three months of purchase. General wear or normal use is not considered a fault.
