Shipping
Orders are carefully processed within three business days. All shipments include online tracking through Australia Post and our international delivery partners.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Domestic
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $300 AUD.
For orders under $300 AUD, a flat rate of $10 AUD applies.
Express shipping is available for $18 AUD.
International
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express (3–7 business days).
- New Zealand: $35 AUD
- Rest of the world: $55 AUD
Please note that duties and taxes may apply on delivery and that these are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not refund duties and taxes paid should you decide to return an order.
Made-to-order items
For made-to-order items, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be carefully made, plus shipping time. As each piece is handcrafted, production times may vary slightly depending on demand.
Made-to-order items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for store credit. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
Should there be any unexpected delays, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed. Thank you for your patience and for supporting considered, small-batch production.
International orders may take longer to arrive.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@nessi.au.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched.
