Orders and payment
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal and other payment methods made available at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.
Returns and faulty items
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as applicable.
Promotions and sale items
